We are Simone and Chef Cynthia Louise, the dynamic duo behind Jhoii Local Eats. We are not just about serving great food we are also constantly striving for sustainability and more Jhoii.

Jhoii has a waste management program separating all non-organic waste from; plastic-cardboard-glass-tin into the 44-gallon drums located out the front of Jhoii. Alongside those drums are our white bins where all our organic waste goes, supplying food for our partners at Bodhi's Chicken Farm who are dedicated to raising their chickens completely free from added growth hormones, antibiotics, pesticides and chemicals, delivering top quality meat with 50% less cholesterol and full of flavour.

Chef Cynthia Louise serves on the board of BRCA Bali Restaurant & Cafe Association, promoting Bali as a world class culinary destination by raising the bar of our operational standards, sustainability and our team’s well being.

 

At Jhoii, we make it our mission to bring ingredients as close to nature’s intention as possible, with minimal human interference so that you can maximise the absorption of essential nutrients into your body.
